Cache Moto is a trade name of Ryder Marketing, 3444 S 720 W, Nibley, UT 84321. This policy covers the information we collect when you ask us to work on your machine.

Cache Moto collects only what it needs to service your machine: your name, phone number, email if you give one, and details about the machine and the problem.

What we do with it

We use it to contact you about your repair, send estimates and invoices, and keep a service history for your machine. We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use it for anything unrelated to your repair.

Who we share it with

We do not sell your information, and we do not share it with third parties or affiliates for their marketing. The only others who handle it are the service providers we use to run the shop — payment processing, text-message and email delivery, and website hosting — and only as needed to do those jobs or as required by law. None of them may use your information for their own purposes.

Photos

Photos you upload with a repair request are stored privately and used to diagnose your machine. We ask before using any photo publicly.

Getting your data removed

Call or email the shop and we will delete your records, except anything we are required to keep for tax purposes.
