SMS Terms and Conditions

Cache Moto Repair Updates is the text-message program of Cache Moto, a trade name of Ryder Marketing, 3444 S 720 W, Nibley, UT 84321. If you give us your mobile number and agree to texts, we use it to keep you posted on your repair.

What we send

Updates about your repair: that we received your request, when your estimate is ready to approve, when we are waiting on parts, when your machine is ready for pickup, booking your drop-off and pickup times, appointment reminders, a link to view and pay your bill, and replies to questions you text us. We do not send marketing texts.

How you sign up

Tick the optional box on our repair request form, tell us yes on the phone or at the counter, or text the shop first. Agreeing to texts is never a condition of getting your machine fixed — leave the box empty and we will reach you by phone or email instead.

The box on the form reads:

Opting out

Reply STOP to any message to cancel. You will get one final text confirming you are unsubscribed and nothing after that. Reply START to sign back up.

Privacy

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties.
