Terms and Conditions

These terms cover work done by Cache Moto, a trade name of Ryder Marketing, 3444 S 720 W, Nibley, UT 84321.

Estimates

Any estimate given before we have inspected the machine is preliminary. We confirm the price once the machine is on the bench, and we do not start work beyond the approved amount without asking you first.

Payment

Payment is due when you pick up the machine. We accept card, cash and check.

Storage

Machines left more than 30 days after we tell you the work is finished may be subject to storage fees.

Parts

Parts carry the manufacturer’s warranty. Labor is warranted for 30 days on the specific repair performed.

Text messaging (SMS) terms

Cache Moto Repair Updates: if you give us your mobile number and agree to texts, Cache Moto may text you about your repair — that we received your request, when your estimate is ready, parts and pickup updates, booking your drop-off and pickup times, appointment reminders, a link to your bill, and replies to your questions. Agreeing to texts is optional and never a condition of service.

Message frequency varies, typically 3 to 10 messages per repair. Message and data rates may apply. Wireless carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
